JendorWifiPlug ("JendorWifiPlug," "we," "us," or "our") provides wireless internet connectivity and hotspot access services powered by Starlink satellite internet ("Services"), along with customer support and account communication through WhatsApp and other messaging channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you purchase, use, or inquire about our Services, including through our WhatsApp Business account.
By using our Services or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
JendorWifiPlug is an internet connectivity provider offering shared and dedicated Starlink-based WiFi hotspot access to individuals and businesses. We are a reseller/service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of SpaceX or Starlink.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Contact and identity information: full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, home or business address (for installation/coverage purposes).
- Account information: username/login details, subscription plan, service history.
- Payment information: billing details and transaction records. Card and bank details are processed by our third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Communications: messages, voice notes, images, or documents you send us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, including messages exchanged with our automated WhatsApp bot.
- Support requests: details you share when reporting connectivity issues, requesting installation, or asking billing questions.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and network data: device identifiers, router/hotspot equipment ID, connection logs, data usage volume, signal quality, and approximate service location (needed to confirm you're within a supported coverage area).
- Website data (if applicable): IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via standard web analytics tools.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Information from the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) when you message our WhatsApp number, such as your phone number and profile name.
- Information from payment processors confirming successful or failed transactions.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To set up, provision, and maintain your internet/hotspot connection
- To process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support, including via our WhatsApp bot
- To send service updates, billing reminders, outage notifications, and account alerts
- To troubleshoot technical issues and monitor network performance
- To send promotional offers or new plan information, where you've consented to receive them
- To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms of service
- To comply with legal obligations
4. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to communicate with customers — including automated replies through our WhatsApp bot for support, order updates, and FAQs.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name, and message content are processed by Meta in order to deliver the message to us, in accordance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's own Privacy Policy.
- We use this information only to respond to you, provide support, and manage your account — not to sell to third parties.
- You can stop receiving messages from our WhatsApp bot at any time by replying "STOP" or blocking our business number.
- Meta may store and process message metadata as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform; this is governed by Meta's own privacy terms, separate from ours.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers: payment processors, SMS/WhatsApp messaging infrastructure (Meta), hosting providers, and field technicians who assist with installation and support.
- Starlink/SpaceX: where necessary to activate, register, or maintain hardware tied to your account.
- Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access to customer records and secure handling of payment data through PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. WhatsApp conversation history is retained only as long as necessary for support and record-keeping purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal/contractual retention requirements
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
- Object to certain uses of your information

9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older who can enter into a binding service agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
